Nadja created Prosperity Home Care in 2016, officially opening the agency in 2018. She had a passion for working in the healthcare field; So Nadja pursued her education in Health Care Administration at St. Joseph's University, receiving her Master's in 2015. From there, she was on the role. Nadja gained experience in the healthcare field by working at hospitals. After watching her late Uncle become ill and having a family member care for him daily, Nadja saw the direct impact of someone receiving home care services; and the effect it made on the lives of the client and the family was undeniable.

"I'm a dedicated individual who always gives 200% to anything I am a part of. I enjoy spending time with my two children, and when I'm not with them, I like to relax, accepting all of life's thrills. My motto is finding funny in foolishness because life is too short not to laugh."

"I am somewhat of an introvert; I enjoy my time alone and the peace it brings. I am a boy mom and take that role seriously. Empathetic listening is a skill of mine; the world can be harsh, so everyone needs some support, so why not it be from me? I believe trust is earned, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't show kindness and respect. Completing any task, I aim to give it my all; A challenge to me means to work harder.
